We speak with tongues of fire
The apostles and I
From high upon the mountain top
From low within the plains
We preach the words of Jesus
Left in his very last days
Love one and love one another
Through him there is the way
We’re filled with the spirit
The spirit has a name
We are the Holy Apirit
On Pentecost this day
So listen closely to us
As tongues are in the way
Of all our useless chatter
On Pentecost this day
